Flavours of Hong Kong come aboard at House of Ming

The premiere Chinese restaurant at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi brings a culinary experience inspired by the regions of Hakka, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangzhou and Shanghai.  The specially crafted menu, with its fine flavors promises to leave patrons with a lasting taste of the rich heritage of the cuisine of Hong Kong.
The menu offers a wide variety of starters, soups, main course and dessert. Choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian signature recipes such as Hong Kong Fried Chicken, Stir Fried Corn Kernels, Fish Pearls with Udon Noodles, Fried mushroom pouches, Spicy soft shell crab, Eggplant in soya oyster sauce and Carrots with pine nuts as well as unique desserts like Sweet bean and glutinous rice roll among others.
